PC-BASED CASH-IN-TRANSIT
TERMINAL IDC

Let us present PC-based cash-in-transit terminal (cash collector) by IDC. The system represents an automatic self-service safe for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. PC-based cash collector allows customers to collect cash without participation of bank employees at any convenient time, regardless of the banking day. Cash is credited to the customer's account within the next day.

Let us present the Electronic Complaint Book - "IDC DEX BOOK". The system represents a touch-screen info-stand with 22" diagonal, which includes an A4 scanner, a handset for communication via IP-telephony with a call center and a web-camera for video-calls recording. The package can be changed upon the will of the customer. The system is supported by IDC Service Quality Control v.1.1 software and is designed for assessment of the quality of service and operation of the bank as a whole. The customer can not only assess the work of a specialist, but submit a written (in electronic form or as a hardcopy) statement, a video appeal, or contact the call center.

Touch-sensitive info-stand, designed for data collection regarding the borrower, allows the borrower to fill in a form independently, scan documents, make a fingerprint, photo, as well as EDS. The equipment of the system includes the following:

IDC DEX CONTROL

Queue Management System - IDC DEX CONTROL - is a software and hardware complex consisting of a booking terminal, information display, LED-tables and software with a very diverse analytical capabilities. This system allows not only to manage the queue, but also to analyze the reasons for its formation, the speed and quality of the operators' work and much more in online and offline modes.

INFO-STANDS IDC KIDS

A series of children touch-sensitive info-stands - IDC Kids - are designed for restaurants, boutiques, bank branches and other places where it is necessary to employ the child with something and interest the child for a long period of time. Owing to vertical structure of the stand, a large touch screen is placed so that not to deform the child's body posture, and braing developing games help in teaching children. The stands can also be bilateral and horizontal.
